Villa Isla Cozumel is an iconic mansion of colonial style and proportions located on the privileged beachfront promenade in Sitges (Barcelona). Originally built in 1940, the villa is refurbished to exquisitely lavish and elegant standards by a renowned Barcelona based Interior Designer. The villa, gardens, pool and separate guesthouse sits on an expansive plot of 2000m2. This is a rare gem in Sitges!
The main villa boasts 6 bedrooms distributed across 3 floors. Furthermore, there is a fully-equipped standalone guest-house with a double bedroom located at the far end of the plot. The double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a sitting room with sofa, marble coffee table, beautiful armchair with foot stool, smart TV and kitchenette with fridge all over looking the gardens with its own private terrace with sofas and table for relaxing. Beautifully manicured gardens, pool and a large chill-out area with barbecue and dining al fresco separate this space from the main villa.
You may not want to leave this property at all during your stay. However, if you do decide to venture outside this paradise, there are some wonderful trips nearby.

Ground Floor
The villa’s dramatic entrance opens onto a grand spacious hall with a separate greeting reception room.
Polished marble dominates both the entrance and the villa throughout. Furthermore, the ground floor has spacious and luxurious living areas with immaculate open-plan design inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the fabulous sea views.
The dining area boasts a dramatic natural wood dining table comfortably seating 12-14 people with views of the front garden and the sea. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and offers in-kitchen dining adjacent to the main dining area.
The living room is stunning, boasting a floor-to-ceiling fitted library. Comfortable upholstered sofas and a glass coffee table upon a large natural fibre rug further enhance this enchanting space. The main living room gives onto an additional glass conservatory offering yet another bright space perfect for morning coffee. Natural woods and textiles dominate both the furniture and seating.
The living room has a powerful sound system and the main televisions in the villa are equipped with digital Smart TV. Additionally, the villa allows audio to stream wirelessly to all rooms via Ipod, Ipad etc
First Floor
The Master Ensuite, located on the first floor, extends the full length of the house. Consequently, it offers both sea views from the bedroom and garden views from the bathroom and private terrace. The master bed in Villa Isla Cozumel features a fully upholstered and stunning 2m bed. Furthermore, the bedroom is equipped with a Safety deposit box & plasma TV.
The chaise longue by the window is once again, a perfect place to enjoy the seaviews. There are extensive built-in wardrobes in the dressing area and it has also a small drinks fridge in the bedroom
In Villa Isla Cozumel there are two more double ensuites on this floor, both with TVs. One benefits from sea views and the other with garden views
Second Floor
On the second floor are one double and one triple bedroom with ensuite . All floors (except -1) are accessible by a lift
There is also a chill out area with sofa bed
Basement
Finally, on the basement floor you will find the 7th bedroom. Typically, it can be used as a service room and it has its own bathroom with shower. Entrance to the laundry room is also on this floor.
Outside
Totally reworked, the outside space reflects the atmosphere of a tropical garden. It has lots of leafy foliage, mature trees and a large swimming pool.
Villa Isla Cozumel is supremely secure. An Ipad controlled domotic system controls all operational aspects of the house. This allows easy opening and closing of the entire villa. There is a video intercom at the main entrance and garage.
