Once behind the main front gates to Villa Pitiusa you will find yourself in a calm and relaxing haven of an Ibizan style enclosed garden. Surrounded by subtropical plants, cool shaded chill out areas and numerous relaxing sun bed loungers to get that much wanted tan. The main focal point of the front garden being the glorious swimming pool incorporating a wonderful jacuzzi area to clear your mind, reduce stress and soothe your overworked muscles. What more could you ask for? Heading through the imposing wooden front doors of Villa Pitiusa you find yourself in a fabulous, tasteful and sympathetically renovated property, full of unique designer items and furniture. The kitchen, if for some reason you find yourself wanting to cook, is fully fitted with all the appliances you could want.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with soft furnishings and linens being top quality. Lay down put your head on the pillow and drift off into a restful sleep only being disturbed by the thought that you have only rented this property and do not, unfortunately, own it! All the bathrooms are bright, airy and modern.
Villa Pitiusa is an outstanding addition to Utopia Villas portfolio and we would not think twice about staying there and indeed we have already booked our next two stays there!

Villa Isla Cozumel
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa La Hacienda. The photographs on the website were impressive, but we were even more impressed when we arrived.
The grounds and pool are beautiful. Very well kept – ideal for relaxing and safe for young children to play. There are a number of different seating areas so you can always find shade whatever the time of day.
The villa is well-equipped with everything you could possible need in the kitchen, however, we mainly used the gas BBQ which was very effective.
Everywhere was extremely clean when we arrived; the en-suite bedrooms we used all had excellent, large showers & very comfortable beds.
The villa is situated in an excellent location being one-block back from a very safe beach and a short walk into Sitges centre. It is only a 20 minute walk to the station to catch the train to Barcelona. Whilst very convenient for everywhere, we found the area very peaceful and quiet at night.
I would also like to highly recommend Utopia Villas as an excellent company to deal with. From my initial enquiry I was given lots of advice about the various villas available and time to make my decision about which to choose. Everyone I spoke to or emailed was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Villa La Hacienda
We stay in the villa for 2 weeks as a party of 11 ranging from 12 years old up to 50. We have all very much enjoyed the place. The villa is very nicely located in Olivella which is about 15 minutes drive to Sitges centre. The cilla has a very nice lay out which allows a perfect balance between social life and some provacy as well. The swimming pool is just perfect to both swim and chill out.
Some small points could however be addressed.
The kitchen is not very well equiped. Indeed, the fridge is very small for such a big house, the cutlery is very poor (difficult to find knifes which would cut properly), and the pans are not in very good state. The 1st floor would require a proper airconditioning system for both the office space and the bedroom.
The airconditioning on the basement would require some readjustment (to get reasonable temperature in the master bedroom we needed to freeze 2 other bedrooms).
For the rest, as mentioned we have very much enjoyed the place, and had lots of fun making ping-pong tournaments.
Some small points could however be addressed.

A special family Christmas was made even more so by our stay at Villa Leila. We stayed for a week over the festive holiday in a party of 10 people, even managing to have a barbecue on Christmas day – the weather was that good!
Hidden away from the hustle and bustle, it was the perfect way to de-stress with plenty of space and well appointed facilities. We were received with a warm welcome by Ricardo who took us to the villa and showed us around with the added surprise of a lovely food hamper of wines, sweets and other treats.
Big rooms, huge sitting room, nice barbecue area and a fabulous deck on the upper level. Word of advice: if you’re after meat / fish don’t bother with the Mercadona in the centre of Sitges which can be pricey – the Carrefour which is a 10 – 15 min drive from the villa is well stocked and should cater for your every need.
Minor quibble was that we ran out of some toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, loo-roll) which we thought would be provided but it wasn’t such a big deal as we managed to find a local shop 5 mins away and restocked.
Overall an amazing, homely place which none of us wanted to leave and would definitely go back to. A big thank you to Ricardo and the team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable.

A lovely place to stay. The house was fantastic, and the area beautiful. Only 10 minutes in to Sitges, a great place to walk around, and dine. Barcelona only 30 minutes away. Altogether a great place to stay, and fantastic holiday destination.
