Masia Merce is a stunning Catalan Estate House (Masia). It is located 10 mins drive from Sitges, close to its beautiful beaches, yet is surrounded by vineyards and peaceful countryside.

The Masia (750M2) dates back to 1605 however the owners started a full renovation in 2001. The Masia offers spacious, modern, luxurious accommodation while retaining many traditional features: wooden beams, exposed brickwork, tiled floors and large fireplaces.

Masia Merce – Layout

There are 2 spacious living rooms as well as 2 large dining rooms. One of these dining rooms will cater for 26 guests. When outdoor dining is preferred, there are a number of spaces that can be utilized.

There is plenty to keep all guests entertained with a dedicated games room complete with table tennis and pool table, as well as satellite TVs and hundreds of DVDs, books and games available in the lounge areas.

Ground Floor

• Cardona: – 1 king-size, ensuite Shower Room. A/C.
• Manresa: – 1 king, ensuite Shower Room. Fan.

First Floor

• Ripoll: 1 double bedroom – shares ensuite Shower Room with Fan.
• Mont Blanc: 2 twin/single, Shower room shared with Ripoll. Ceiling fan.
• Montserrat: 1 super king, private terrace and ensuite. A/C + fan.
• Pedrera: 3 twin/ single, with ensuite Shower room. A/C + fan.
• Garraf Suite: 3 twin/ single ensuite Shower room. A/C. Ceiling fan.
• Poblet Suite: 3 twin/ single, Single bed in separate room. Ensuite Shower room. Large, quiet ceiling fan.
• Penedes Suite: – 1 double, 2 twin/ single, On 1st Floor with ensuite A/C.
• Siurana – 3 twin beds, 1 single, ensuite. A/C.

All Bedroom Ensuites are with Showers except for Montserrat which has a bath/shower.

Exteriors

Peaceful outdoor spaces surrounded a heated 9 m x 4.5 m salt water swimming pool will be a huge attraction for guests.

The Al fresco dining terrace will cater for up to 26 guests. From here there are spectacular views of the Garraf Natural Park. These can be enjoyed from the pool area and terraces.

A recreational space with comfortable seating, BBQ, bar, games room will provide plenty of space for all ages to enjoy lazy days and evenings.

Private car park for up to 6 cars. Extra space for 10 cars on-site.

Fully Equipped Kitchen 2 flat screen TVs, Satellite TV DVDs, games and books Games room: table tennis and full size pool table.

The Masia is popular for small weddings and corporate retreats catering for up to 40-60 attendees. If you wish to celebrate a special occasion at Can Marcer, there are 3 main spaces that can be used:

The Pavilion Lawn

This space of 230m2 can fit 30 seated guests and there is a grand staircase for the bride to walk down.

Terrace Area

With a spectacular view, this area could be used for either the ceremony or the meal. 

The Swimming Pool Area

An attractive space and bar area for the welcome drink before the ceremony.
