Masia Can Parés is an authentic Catalan Estate house. It dates to the 16th century and has a privileged location in the vineyards of the famous Penedès wine region but also just 10 minutes from the beaches of Sitges.
The Masia can accommodate 20 guests (up to 24 guests with extra beds) in 10 bedrooms.
5 of these bedrooms are in the main building and 3 in the adjacent house and 2 in the cottage.
There are five bathrooms all with shower and two separate toilets.

Upon entering the Masia, you have a library to the right and a spectacular dining area to the left.
A grandiose staircase fitting of the estate connects tot the second floor and to the five bedrooms. The Master Ensuite is located here in the main house and boasts a private terrace with views to the vineyards.
The White House has three bedrooms, and the cottage has two bedrooms with bathrooms and its kitchen.
Overall features of Masia Pares include iPod Dock, a spacious lounge area with plasma TV, DVD player and DVD library for adults and kids. A fully equipped kitchen. And it’s location offers privacy and seclusion while being 10 minutes from beaches, restaurants and bars.
