Layout Villa Candela

Villa Candela is a magnificent seven-bedroom villa in the much sought after exclusive residential area of Can Girona in Sitges because it is a product of love, attention to detail and fresh Mediterranean design. This is to say that there is no other villa in this area that displays such beauty.

For instance, the main villa has five double bedrooms all with sea views. Additionally, the apartment with its own entrance has 2 additional double bedrooms. The indoor high-quality gym makes this villa unique in the area of Can Girona. The adjacent apartment has two double bedrooms, a terrace, an indoor living area, a kitchen and a separate entrance. The villa’s five floors are all accessible by lift.

Top Floor

The top fifth floor has a fabulous Master Ensuite with spectacular views out over the Terramar Golf Club and the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large King Size Ensuite with a fabulous hydromassage free-standing bath. As a result, this is perfect for Sunbathing, socializing and amazing views.

Fourth Floor and Third Floor

The third and the fourth floor of Villa Candela is a multifunctional open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with double ceiling with a mezzanine level where an office and another living area are located. The views and the sense of space are stunning.

The lower part with the double ceiling includes a fireplace, two separate seating areas and expansive ceiling-to-floor sliding doors with views out over Can Girona and to the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is bright, spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances so any budding chef can feel comfortable.

The working area connects to an eat-in kitchen bar for 3-4 people and a dining area caters for eight people. To the rear of the whole area you will also find alfresco dining options and chill-out spaces. Part of the charm of this particular area is the unique water feature which adds to the relaxing ambience.

Second Floor

The second floor contains 4 en suite double bedrooms, and all are sea-facing, each with its own personality. Two bedrooms are ‘Jack & Jill’ with a shared bathroom. There is a mezzanine recreational space perfect for day time working or an additional space for kids to watch TV and hang out. Two of the double bedrooms have direct access to the infinity pool with sea views and a chill-out area with sunbeds.

First Floor

The first floor has an indoor swimming pool (15 x 3) with a bathroom shower area and most importantly, a high end equipped gym.  There is also a bar with a chill-out area and a double bedroom  with bathroom which can be used for the service.

Ground Floor

A spacious garage for up to 4 cars and the main entrance to the villa is on the ground floor.

Apartment

A separate apartment of 130m2, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen dining living area which face to a large terrace and plenty of recreational space. A unique feature in the house as the apartment is absolutely independent from the main house making it an ideal place for guests or family members.
