The house is distributed across 3 floors. Villa Casa Rueda has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 9 guests.

There are many appealing features such as the open plan design which caters intelligently to both Winter and Summer Seasons. There is a 360 degree fireplace for cooler Winter evenings and 100% pull back sliding doors which create the sought after indoor/outdoor Mediterranean living experience for the Summer months. 

Other features include a library/office space, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, large pool, shaded areas for alfresco dining, safe deposit box,  integrated air conditioning and topped off with exquisite artwork throughout the villa. Underfloor heating during cold months. Sonos sound system in the living room.

The spread out distribution of the bedrooms allows for intimacy and privacy for guests.

Ground Floor

A spacious hallway filled with artwork and motifs welcomes you on arrival.

The ground floor houses one double bedroom ensuite and the laundry room.

First Floor

Fully open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces combines to allow for entertainment and comfort

The salon provides a heart to this socializing space with an L-shaped sofa, unique seating and a moveable 60´ plasma flat screen TV.

The dining table will seat 8 diners at a time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. An attractive kitchen island provides in-kitchen dining for 3 and there is access to the BBQ terrace directly from the kitchen. Perfect for the preparation of food.

One other double ensuite with access to the pool area is on this floor.

Top Floor

Two ensuite double bedrooms which share a terrace. This terrace has a 5/6-man Jacuzzi.

The spacious hallway accommodates a small library/office area.
