Villa Claudia is a modern, joyful villa with sleek interiors. It has multiple recreational spaces, private gated pool and countryside views. Furthermore, it’s located a short drive from Sitges center. Villa Claudia has everything for a perfect vacation with family or group of friends.
There is natural light pervading throughout the villa. It has high ceilings in the living areas which accentuate the light and colorful artwork. Villa Claudia serves up plenty of Mediterranean ease with access to outdoor dining and chill out spaces from both the kitchen and living areas. This villa is the place to kick back, chill and relax from all the stress.
The villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. There is a modern kitchen with an eat-in option. There are outdoor and indoor dining and chills out options. Additionally, a separate TV Den room within the open-plan living/dining room makes a great space for the kids. There is also a quiet bodega tucked away on the lower floor. This is a great space if the adults want some down-time.
Villa Claudia layout
First Floor
Villa Claudia accesses directly into the open-plan dining and two living room areas on the first floor. A freestanding fireplace separates the two living rooms. The den/TV space has satellite TV, DVD player and wireless music speakers.
The kitchen is large, modern and fully fitted with top end appliances and sleek black marble finishes.
There is an island and a separate dining table. There is easy access to the terraces creating the perfect indoor/outdoor experience. An additional outdoor dining table, a BBQ and chill out zone is available. The private pool is gated giving plenty of peace of mind to those holidaying with younger kids. Also, on this floor is a double bedroom with shower en suite.
Top Floor
On the top floor is the Master Ensuite. Here you will find walk-in wardrobes, a double room and a single bedroom. Additionally, there is a shared spacious family bathroom with bath and a large recreational area. There is a comfortable sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep up to 10 guests.
Basement
The Garage allows for 2-3 cars, depending on size.
Outside
Villa Claudia has plenty of space for Alfresco dining, for up to 8 people and a Chillout Zone. There is a gated private pool with a shower and Gated private pool with shower and Gazebo shades.
* From mid-October through March the environmental temperatures are too low to guarantee the water temperature. The temperature of the water cannot be guaranteeed when the environmental temperatures are less than 15 degrees at night.
