This phenomenal villa is distributed over 3 floors :
Ground floor
On arrival to the villa you will find an entrance hall that boasts an impressive area of 350m2. The communal zones on this floor include a spacious kitchen-dining and living room, another main living room and a guest toilet. There are a further 4 double ensuite bedrooms on this floor, situated around a beautifully designed patio.
First Floor
On the first floor there is a multipurpose diaphanous room with an area of 60m2. This space makes a perfect chillout or multifunctional area, office, extra sleeping space, or even another living room…
Basement
In the basement, there is a fifth double service room with natural lights and window to a patio. Other conveniences on this floor include a bathroom, a huge laundry room, the pantry and the cellar. There is also a very spacious games room that can be used as a multifunctional room.
In addition, there is access to possibly one of the biggest garages in the area with a capacity for 6 cars.
Villa Elite comes fully equipped with air conditioning and gas heating, Internet and Satellite with international channels.
Outside
Outside Villa Elite we find the wonderful landscaped garden with artificial grass and exotic vegetation. The designer pool has an integrated jacuzzi and there is ample space to sunbathe and relax.
