Villa Frida

Villa Frida is a beautiful beach house in the residential area of Vinyet, a short walk from Sitges town and 80 m to the seafront and beaches. The tasteful design and decoration make it a perfect house for entertaining and enjoying with family and children. This is one of those houses that is simply better in reality than the photos depict.

The villa offers 2 chillout spaces, one to the front and another to the back of the villa. There is no need for a car due to the marvellous location however should you prefer to have a car for exploring there are 2 off-street parking spots for 2 cars

Villa Frida overview

The spaces within the house are bright and spacious. The ground floor is open-plan and allows access to the front and back of the villa.

A comfortable porch with sofas and puffs offers a chillout space to the front of the house and faces onto a garden. Another chillout seating area with BBQ and dining alfresco to the back of the house allows pool views.

The open-plan sitting room and dining space surround a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar perfect for socialising. Importantly there are views over the pool from the kitchen/interior dining area, which will be important for families with children. This is an ideal house for a relaxing beach holiday with fabulous interiors and everything within close proximity.

Villa Frida Layout

There are two floors in Villa Frida.

Ground Floor

The Ground floor is the main recreation area of the house, with a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could need for preparing food and dining at home. There is also a convenient WC for the use of guests.

Laundry facility room with washing machine and dryer are also on this floor.

First Floor

The first floor is the sleeping quarters in Villa Frida. In total, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor.

Bedroom 3: Twin Bedroom

Bedroom 4:Twin Bedroom

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share a bathroom with a bath/shower

 

Exteriors

Kidney-shaped pool with several sun loungers – a perfect place to work your tan, read or chill.

There are both indoor and alfresco dining areas for 6 diners in this house with additional seating for 4 at a spacious breakfast bar.

The alfresco dining area to the side of the house is shaded  – perfect for those hot summer days.

Kids will enjoy the basketball net and trampoline.

This villa is simply perfect for a family with children. And also for friends who wish to enjoy a beach holiday in Sitges. Everything is within walking distance making it perfect for teenagers that want their freedom.
