The villa is extremely spacious, en-suite bathrooms, 2 kitchens, large pool area, beautiful area for hold events, gorgeous terrace to host dinner, the list goes on. Ginette and Peter were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Everyone loved them. Great communications, clean house and supplied us with everything we needed. They made sure we have a list of quality vendors for our wedding. We truly were not ready to leave. It was the most amazing villa very well equipped with plenty of room for everyone. It was a 2 minute walk from the beach and the centre of Sitges. Utopia villas staff were very helpful and easily contactable by phone, and their office a short walk away. Big thank you to all the team at Utopia Villas who made us very welcome, and made the stay in Villa Tulum very smooth and seemless. We stayed for three months and the team at Utopia were very responsive to anything we required. The house was immaculate, as was the upkeep and gardens. Very spacious, beautiful outdoor space and incredible location. Just 200 m from the beach, very close to city center and shops.. The only less positive point is that we think that the villa needs to be refurbished to some extent to meet the standards of quality of villas of the same price per week on today’s market.
