The main entrance to the villa, on the ground floor offers access to the open-plan kitchen, dining and Living room. All rooms connect to allow easy flow, however, the kitchen is visibly discrete.

The kitchen is unreservedly hi-spec with all the appliances and equipment required for seasoned chefs.

Dining room and Salon are open-plan with low-lying modern furniture and sleek finishes.

First Floor

A beautiful floating wooden staircase brings us to the first floor and the three double bedrooms of the villa. Further up, the stairs takes us onto the magnificent roof terrace with views of the surrounding area and the sea.

Basement

The gym room with sauna and interior pool/Jacuzzi* is located in the basement alongside the garage which has room for 2 large cars.
