Utopia Villas is a privately owned villa rental company based in Sitges dedicated to renting exclusive luxury villas in the immediate area. We have a portfolio of over 55 villas and county estate houses, 39 of which are exclusive to Utopia Villas. To enhance your stay at any of our villas, we also provide access to additional services and activities with the best providers in the area.

First, browse through our portfolio and select the villas you like most. Then, let´s chat and ensure it is the best villa for your stay and your requirements. Once you select your preferred villa, booking is extremely easy. You will pay 30% of the rental fee to book the villa, and the balance payment of 70% is due 6 weeks before arrival. Bank Transfers and credit card payments are accepted. A damages deposit is required for each villa and varies depending on the chosen villa. This deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure. Any taxes or charges for extra services can be paid upon arrival.

Prices of properties depend on the season (low, mid, peak) location, the overall quality and design and the number of bedrooms. Properties have a min of 3 bedrooms and up to 21 bedrooms. The best idea is always to fill the villa and then look at the price per person per night.

The rental price of the villa includes exclusive and private use of all the advertised facilities of the villa. Our villas have gardens, terraces, private swimming pools, BBQ facilities and WIFI. Each registered guest is set up with towels for personal hygiene and pool use.

No, each villa is rented to one group at a time, so you only share the villa and its facilities with your chosen guests.

Airport transfers are not included; however, we will happily organise your 2-way airport transfer through one of our partner companies. Our guest relationship Manager can coordinate this for you once your booking is confirmed.

We understand that a memorable vacation is more than a beautiful location and comfortable villa. Our guest relations Manager is available to ensure that every aspect of your stay with us is seamless, personalised, and unforgettable. Extra services include in-villa options such as a private chef, pre-arrival shopping service, massage therapists, and personal fitness trainers. We can also coordinate car rentals and vineyard tours, Ebike tours and aquatic activities in the area. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the villa; however, you may smoke on the grounds or terraces of the villa.

This will depend on the size of the dog and the villa in question. Please check with our reservation team upon booking. An additional cost of 100 euros per pet per week applies.

Parties are not permitted in our villas without express permission and prior agreement. Large parties and events can only take place in some Masias that are not located in residential zones. Please ask our reservations team for any special event you wish to organize so we can best advise on both the property and conditions of the party.

For any credit/debit card payment, we will never ask you for your card details. We will send a secure link to your e-mail address, and you can pay directly with your card. We accept Visa and Mastercard and bank transfers.

The booking deposit is non-refundable. However, if alternative guests’ book at the same rates for the reserved dates, a refund of the booking deposit minus an administration fee of 150 euros will be made. Any funds paid are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within the 6 weeks before arrival.

Yes, of course. We will happily extend your stay if the villa is available, paying for the extra nights/weeks according to our rates sheet.

If the villa is not booked before/after your stay, we will do our best to offer this possibility, always on request. Please note that extra fees can be charged depending on the time of departure in the case of Late check-out.

We can provide on request a free Baby set at the villa (1 travel cot with mattress + 1 highchair). If you need additional sets, fees are 100€ per stay per set.

All our villas have a private pool. Our service includes pool maintenance once a week. Some villas have heated pool and/or Jacuzzi with extra fee on request.

You will book a villa exclusively for your group. That means, respecting the property’s maximum capacity, you can have friends or family at the villa if you inform us of total occupancy during your stay.
