A delightful beach house within walking distance of the beach and Sitges town centre.

Villa Augusta is located in the residential area of Vinyet, a short walk from Sitges town and 300 m to seafront and beaches.

The villa offers comfort with various chill-out spaces. Its location means you don’t have to take a car, but if you do, there is a parking spot on-site.

The spaces within the house are bright and spacious. The open-plan recreational area is located on the top floor, and the sleeping quarters with four bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Importantly there are views over the pool from the kitchen/interior dining area which will be important for families with children. This is a perfect house for a relaxing beach holiday with fabulous interiors – this villa never disappoints…

Villa Augusta Layout

There are 2 floors in Villa Augusta. Each floor is accessed by separate entrances. One offers direct access to the bedrooms and another offers access directly into the open-plan living-dining room at the top of the villa.

On the top floor, the fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you could need for preparing food and dining at home. There is also a convenient bathroom for the use of guests and this has an additional shower.

In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa.

1 master En suite, 2 doubles, and 1 twin

The indoor living area is appealing in Summer and Winter. There is Aircon in the common areas (high floor) & an electric heating system. The salon has 3 comfortable sofas creating again another great space for socializing.

Exteriors

Enjoy the fabulous pool with several sun loungers – a perfect place to work your tan, read or just chill.

There are both indoor and alfresco dining areas in this house.

The alfresco dining area to the side of the house is shaded by vegetation – perfect for those hot summer days.

There is a nice shaded chill-out terrace to the front of the villa which provides yet another space to enjoy nibbles, drinks & company.

There is an additional shaded day terrace with loungers for enjoying a bit of a siesta or a quiet read.

Exterior bathroom & Shower

A separate outdoor utility room houses the washing machine and clothes dryer.

This villa is simply perfect for a family with children. And also for a group of friends who wish to enjoy a beach holiday in Sitges. Absolutely everything is within walking distance.
