Villa Zen is a luxurious hacienda-style beach house, recently refurbished to the highest standard, with natural wood floors in each room. Villa Zen’s minimalist design and easy distribution, are perfect for a family or a group of friends. Everyone can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the exclusive area of Terramar, a stone’s throw from the seafront in Sitges.

Villa Zen Layout

The interior of the villa is modern & bright and distributed across 2 floors. There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa.

Ground Floor

Villa Zen has an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen. They are bright & spacious wrapping around from front to the back of the villa. The living and dining rooms offer a full view of the garden and swimming pool. This is an important feature for those with young children using the pool. As you would expect, the fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances & utensils; pleasing both chef and diners alike.

There are one en suite master bedroom and a guest WC on this floor.

First Floor

The other 4 bedrooms are on the first floor of Villa Zen. Two are en suite while the other 2 share a bathroom.

Outside

In addition to the proximity to the beaches and town, there are many unique features of Villa Zen. There is an enclosed garden with a 25 m swimming pool. Guests have the option to improve their swim stroke or simply take a dip. The choice is yours.

There is alfresco dining, whether you want a BBQ or more of a fine-dining experience, prepared by a hired chef. Eating outside allows diners full enjoyment of the garden and pool simultaneously, this is especially great for families with kids.
