Ground Floor
On the ground floor you will find indoor parking for at least 3 cars and a little bodega.
First Floor
On the first floor, there is a communal open-plan area with a living room, dining room, and the state of art kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas from which you can enjoy the amazing Mediterranean views. There is access to a spacious terrace with amazing sea views.
At the back is a bedroom. This can be used as a service , as a office, or a normal bedroom, which includes a sofa bed and a single bed. There is an en suite bathroom.
Second Floor
On the second floor which is accessible from the first floor by an elevator, we find the remaining four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the best sea views from the terrace.
You will find another private and quiet big double bedroom at the back. This has access to a private terrace. Two other double bedrooms are on this floor, both of them have en suite bathrooms.
Outside
You’ll enjoy the numerous terraces this villa offers you as well as the privacy. The sea views are just spectacular!
