Villa Carolina is a spacious five-bedroom villa accommodating up to 12 guests. It offers exclusivity, elegance, and modern comfort combined with Seaview glamour. This villa has many laudable features, including an outdoor Jacuzzi, 360-degree panoramic views, numerous terraces, a recreational room, and a large private swimming pool accessed from the communal living areas.

The villa offers fluid Mediterranean indoor/outdoor living with sea views throughout. Walkers will be delighted with the direct access through a back entrance to the Natural Parc del Garraf. 
Villa Carolina has a 32 nights minimum stay.

Layout Villa Carolina

Ground Floor

On long, sunny days, the kids will love the indoor recreational/games space on this floor. 

There is also a spacious double ensuite on this floor with plenty of privacy away from the other rooms of the villa. This room accesses its own terrace. A stairway from the main hall connects to the upper floors.

First Floor

The first floor has a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room, all of which have access to the pool, terraces, BBQ, and al fresco area. As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equipped for the house’s capacity.
The ceiling-to-floor windows and glass sliding doors mean this house has abundant light all day and provides excellent views over the Sitges coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
On this floor, you will find one double ensuite and two double bedrooms with a bathroom—a separate WC for guests and an open-plan study/work area overlooking the pool.

Second (Top) Floor

On the way to the top floor, a small terrace with 2 sunbeds is found, and the Master Ensuite is located on this floor.

This spacious and bright bedroom offers some of the best views from the house. It accesses a private terrace overlooking the pool and again offers sea & town views.

There is a study/salon off the Master Ensuite room, which can accommodate two extra guests if necessary.

The pool area overlooks the Mediterranean and provides a full view of the Sitges coastline and the rural area of the Natural Parc del Garraf. There is a large swimming pool 10m x 4m.
