Layout Villa del Mar

Ground Floor

Villa del Mar´s entrance welcomes you into a spacious hallway that flows seamlessly into the main salon and dining area. The main salon & dining areas offer ample space for dining and entertaining. A cosy enclave with seating for three offers the perfect spot for quiet morning coffee, with direct access to the terrace and breathtaking sea views.

Elegant, polished marble at the entrance extends throughout the villa, adding a touch of grandeur. On the ground floor, you’ll find a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and expansive, luxurious living spaces with an open-plan layout that invites relaxation and embraces stunning sea vistas.

The dining area comfortably accommodates ten guests (11 or 12 if children) while overlooking the back garden and the sparkling sea.

The living room is filled with natural light and offers spectacular views of the seascape.

Additionally, this floor features a charming double bedroom with access to a beautiful seafront terrace, perfect for taking in the scenery. There is a WC ensuite and shower room in adjoining bathroom.

First Floor

The Master Ensuite features elegant double French doors on the first floor and includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with his and her sinks and a large shower with seaviews.

Another double ensuite is also located on the first floor.  This bedroom overlooks the garden and swimming pool.

Another double bedroom shares a bathroom with an individual/twin bedroom with a nested bed that can be easily converted into a twin, ideally suited for one adult or two children.

Second Floor

The second floor features a double bedroom with an ensuite and an open-plan dressing area. This room offers front sea views and lateral views of both the sea and the promenade from the bedroom with its standalone bath, large shower, and accessible terraces.

Outside 

The outdoor areas reflect the house’s former grandeur, featuring abundant leafy foliage, mature trees, and a private swimming pool. There is ample hammock space for sunbathing. Parking is available on-site for four cars, including a small, covered garage suitable for one smaller vehicle.
