The house is distributed across 2 floors. Villa Serena has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and sleeps 12 guests.

There are many appealing features, such as the open plan design, which caters intelligently to both Winter and Summer Seasons, with fireplaces in the main salon and the Master Bedroom.

The doors of the salon open out to the alfresco dining area overlooking the pool and garden.

Other features include a futbolin,  hung Plasma TV, a private pool,  a BBQ, a large pool, shaded areas for alfresco dining,  integrated air conditioning and topped off with exquisite artwork throughout the villa.

The spread-out distribution of the bedrooms allows for intimacy and privacy for guests.

A spacious hallway filled with artwork welcomes you on arrival. The ground floor houses one double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom.

Fully open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces combine to allow for entertainment and comfort. The mezzanine levels add an air of separateness between the spaces.

The salon provides a heart to this socializing space with a huge L-shaped sofa, large TV and fireplace.

The dining table will seat 6-8 diners at a time, with additional seating in the eat-in kitchen.

The kitchen of Villa Serena is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and hidden hob on the countertop.

An additional refrigerator is handy for extra drinks and is located tidily in the adjacent hall. An attractive kitchen island provides in-kitchen dining for 4 people;  2 at the island and an additional separate table for 2 more which can easily join the kitchen island.
