Villa Sofia is a spacious 10-bedroom large family villa with private pool located in Sitges town centre. Whats more, the beach is within a short walking distance. Villa Sofia sleeps 18 people and offers unique features such as a children’s playroom and a functioning squash court with a Sauna room.
This older family villa has received a cosmetic refurbishment in 2020. Besides, 8 out of the 10 bedrooms have aircon and there is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on the various terraces and the private pool.
Villa Sofia is exceptional due to its location for family and group holidays. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for a maximum of 18 people.

Ground Floor
A small walkway by the decked pool area allows you to enter through the garden. This leads to the open-plan sitting and dining room through sliding doors.
The kitchen is situated to the back of the house and has an aircon unit. Older in style but fully equipped as expected with all new appliances including a dishwasher. There are 2 fridges, gas hob, water by osmosis and comfortable eat-in dining area for 4 people for snacks and breakfasts. Moreover there is a washing machine and a dryer.
One of the bedrooms is located just off the kitchen (traditionally a service room) – it is a single bedroom en suite with shower. Also, on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom.
First Floor
The first floor of the villa is spacious with 7 bedrooms, including the Master en suite with dressing area.
Second Floor
Up another flight of stairs to the second floor is access to 2 terraces and a single bedroom (loft style).
Basement
In addition, there is a playroom and a functioning indoor squash court are accessed through the basement floor of the villa. The playroom has a TV & Sofa, pool table, table for board games. Sofas & pouffes. A perfect place for kids to go during the hotter times of the day.
Outside
The grounds are simple and relaxing with plenty of space to chill out.
Chill out areas include exterior seating and dining for 10-12 people with remote controlled shade awning- all to the front overlooking the pool.
