Villa Pitiusa is a luxury Ibiza-style villa. Despite being extensively refurbished in 2018, it still combines traditional Finca-style with all modern comforts and finishes. For this reason, it is an ideal villa for relaxing in Sitges town, just 5 minutes walking to the beach. This villa has plenty of Ibiza charm, with indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
Utopia Villas presents this villa for stays of over one month. It is ideal for a short-term executive corporate stay, a high-end relocation guest, or a long-term executive corporate stay. In fact, any guests who can have the luxury to stay at this gem on holiday for over a month. They will certainly enjoy every single day at this villa.
The villa comprises 4 spacious double bedrooms with a separate lodge-style bedroom in an annex and 5 bathrooms, accommodating 9/10 people – the 5th bedroom is better suited to 1 or 2 children (adolescents)
Firstly, a small walkway by the pool area brings you to the double wooden door of the villa, which opens into a bright hallway. To the right through double glass doors, you will find a quiet reading room with a fireplace. In addition to the quirky dining room with a unique glass/wood table, there is also access to an alfresco dining terrace with plenty of space for everyone.
The kitchen is at the back of the house. It is fully equipped, as expected, with all new appliances. There is a comfortable eat-in dining bar for 3 people for snacks and breakfast. The utility room is accessed from the kitchen and has direct access to the garden with its fruit trees.
On the first floor are the Master Suite (180×190 cm) and 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The Master Suite with its beautiful modern bathroom is also complemented with a fireplace, a large Plasma TV and access to a private terrace.
There are 2 other double bedrooms. In one bedroom, there is a160×190 cm bed. The other has a 150×190 cm bed– each of these have their own bathrooms just adjacent to the bedroom.
The top floor has a wonderfully spacious and bright double bedroom (180×190 cm) with shower en suite.
Each bedroom has its own Plasma TV.
The last bedroom is located in the guest house and has an en suite bathroom. not counted as a standard bedroom – more suitable for teenagers wishing to have their own space or potentially as a service room.
