The double door entrance of Villa Anabel gives way to entrance hallway with a functional lift to the top floor.
There is a bright open plan dining/living rooms with direct access to the BBQ terrace, garden and pool area. It is a relaxing spot with views of the mature trees from the park nearby. The space having been extended in the past opens up completely to provide a large open plan space with access to the exteriors.
The kitchen is separate and has in kitchen dining for 5 people. It is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hobb, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster.
A utility room to the to the back entrance of the house holds the washing machine, dryer and laundry facilities.
On this floor there is one bedroom: double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower.
Top Floor
There are four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on the top floor – all bedrooms with air-con.
The Master Ensuite has a large bright bathroom and relaxing seating area overlooking the pool and garden.
A second double ensuite with 2 showers are located just beside the master.
A twin with pullout beds and another Double bedroom share an adjacent bathroom with shower on this same floor.
With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa would be perfect for 2 families or a group of friends.

The house is detached. Outside there is a large flat garden with pool and shower. Sun hammocks and plenty of seating. At the entrance to the house is a charming terrace – perfect for evening drinks.
