OUR STORY
Having spent decades holidaying at 5-star luxury resorts around the world, we intuitively know what our clients are seeking. Everything we’ve created is with our guest’s experience in mind.
IN THE BEGINNING
We, Emilio and Miriam, met in Dublin in 1998. Both of us worked in tech and pursued our passion of traveling. Holidaying at 5-star luxury resorts around the world — from Southeast Asia to the Maldives — we intuitively know what our clients are seeking.
In 2007 we ended up in Sitges, almost by accident. We instantly fell in love with its narrow bohemian streets, culture, 300 days of sunshine, numerous beaches, vineyards and fantastic quality of life.
We built our first home here in 2008; we wanted a stunning villa to accommodate extended family and be a dream place to gather with friends. That was when we realised how a holiday in a villa offered so much more than a hotel: privacy, freedom and flexibility.
A late-night conversation in 2009 confirmed where life would take us next: build a portfolio of exquisite villas in Sitges with excellent guest experiences and services, bringing Sitges to a much bigger international market.
15 years later, we are proud to have grown our portfolio to more than 50 stunning properties, the majority exclusive to Utopia Villas.
IN THE FUTURE
Looking ahead, we will be increasing the number of experiences we can offer, making your holiday even more personalised and memorable. We are the only company in Sitges to have a dedicated Guest Relationship Manager who will be at hand to ensure your holiday is a unique experience.
