Masia Provenzal – Layout

There are 11 ensuite bedrooms and caters for 22+ guests. It offers luxury in a restored Masia 

The main entrance opens into a large reception hall and then you’ll see the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen located to the left.  

The salon is on the right-hand side. It has exposed brickwork & fresh interiors. A clay oven, an old bodega, exposed stone walls showing the stone masonry skills of over 168 years. These traditional aspects show a bygone era.

Two bedrooms through a hallway off the salon are both en suites.

The kitchen gives onto a large shaded terrace with BBQ and also provides access through the garden to the swimming pool.

First Floor

Upstairs, there are seven double en suites. These rooms are distributed off a sizeable spacious salon. An artistic surprise by Sitges resident painter Alfonso Rua ordains the room.

In Masia Provenzal, there are two more double ensuites located in an annex as you enter the Masia. This is perfect for guests who may appreciate the privacy of external accommodation.

Their own entrance will ensure these guests have the option of some seclusion and privacy while sharing all the amenities of the Estate House.

As you would expect, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an industrial kitchen and large freezers to provide catering services to larger groups.

Exteriors

Masia Provenzal boasts a large BBQ area and al fresco dining on the shaded terrace facing the tree-lined lawn. A perfect place to entertain or celebrate something special. So, imagine your private chef getting the BBQ ready while you sip sundowner cocktails by the pool.

There is a large exterior salon/chill-out area – the perfect place for evening drinks or an escape from the Summer sun.

This Masia has beautiful mature manicured gardens to the front and the rear. The surrounding farmlands make it a perfect nature getaway. This Masia is also perfect for kids as they can run and play either around the pool or in the countryside. There are numerous routes for cycling, and the location is ideal for exploring the Costa Brava and its medieval towns.
