Upper Floor: 

Talaia Master Suite (46 m²): A spectacular private suite featuring its own terrace and unobstructed views of the Mediterranean.

Main Floor: 

Main Living Area (60 m²): A large, light-filled living area designed for relaxation.

Dining & Kitchen: A 30 m² dining area and a 30 m² kitchen with a central island, creating a single, elegant stage for family gatherings.

Cinema Room: A dedicated 25 m² space for high-quality entertainment.

Outdoor Access: This level connects directly to the main terrace, infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit.

Bedroom Area: 

Bedroom Wing: Three additional bedrooms are located here: Horitzo (24 m²), Serena (20 m²), and Vora Mar (20 m²).

Terraces: These rooms enjoy access to large terraces with sea views.

Lower Level: 

Guest Suite: A fifth bedroom (20 m²) perfect for visitors, with direct access to the garden and exterior pool.

Spa & Sport: Features a heated indoor pool, sauna, and a designated exercise area with a spin bike.
