The villa is built with natural travertino stone and features expansive glass walls throughout. The stunning villa Alaia is designed to maintain a constant connection with the horizon, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Terramar golf course.

Villa Alaia – Layout

The villa is distributed across several levels, which smartly separate the social areas, bedrooms, and spa area:

Upper Floor: 

Talaia Master Suite (46 m²): A spectacular private suite featuring its own terrace and unobstructed views of the Mediterranean.

Three additional bedrooms are located on this upper floor: Horitzo (24 m²), Serena (20 m²), and Vora Mar (20 m²).

Terraces: These rooms have access to large terraces with spectacular views of the local area, the golf club, and the sea.

Main Floor: 

Main Living Area (60 m²): A large, light-filled living area designed for relaxation.

Dining & Kitchen: A 30 m² dining area and a 30 m² kitchen with a central island, creating a single, elegant stage for family gatherings.

Lower Levels: 

Guest Suite: A fifth bedroom (20 m²) perfect for visitors, with direct access to the garden and exterior pool.

Spa & Sport: Features a heated indoor pool, sauna, and a designated exercise area with a spin bike.

Games Room: Includes a billiard table, foosball and ping pong and a relaxing social area

Work & Utilities: A private home office, a secondary gourmet kitchen, a separate apartment for staff and a laundry area.

Garage: Internal parking for 4 cars, plus 2 car guest parking area at the main entrance.
