The space having been extended in the past opens up completely to provide a large open plan space with access to the exteriors.
The kitchen is separate and has in kitchen dining for 5 people. It is a fully equipped kitchen with a 5 hob gas cooker, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster.Â
A utility room to the to the back entrance of the house holds the washing machine, dryer and laundry facilities.Â
On this floor there is one bedroom: double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower.
