The villa’s entrance opens into a spacious hallway with steps leading up to the indoor recreational spaces of the villa. Wooden floors & furniture and grey walls balanced with bright artwork and open spaces provide both a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere on the ground floor.
The dining area boasts a dramatic natural wood dining table comfortably seating 8 people with views of the living room and out to the garden. The living area has plenty of seating and leads to a very comfortable outdoor living area with comfortable sofas. This faces onto the garden and gated pool area – all very important for families with young children.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and offers in-kitchen dining for 2 people. Bosch appliances, 5 ring gas hob, a double sink and plenty of counter space make this the perfect kitchen for preparing and serving food. The fact that this kitchen opens through double doors onto the BBQ dining terrace with alfresco dining for 8 people affirms that wonderful Mediterranean indoor/outdoor living experience. Next to the kitchen there is a toilet.
The living room has a powerful digital Smart TV with streaming options available. Additionally, the villa has a Sonos integrated music system throughout both interior and exterior spaces.
The fourth bedroom is located in a loft-style study just off the kitchen area. It is a twin bedroom with very comfortable 135cm beds.
The Master Ensuite with a Queen bed (180cm) is spacious. It offers sea and garden views from both the ensuite bathroom & bedroom. There are plenty of built-in wardrobes and a complete ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a bath and a separate shower.
Two additional double bedrooms on this floor share a family bathroom with double sinks, a bath and a separate shower.
The very much cared-for garden reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. It has lots of leafy foliage and colourful flowers/shrubs.
Villa La Toscana offers serenity and with its gated swimming pool is a perfect place for 1 or 2 families to enjoy.
Alfresco dining for 8 people adjacent to the kitchen is a very relaxing space with a charcoal BBQ, over table fan and a water feature with fish adding to the atmosphere.
Maybe the most truly fabulous aspect of this villa is its roof terrace with 360-degree views over Sitges, the Mediterranean and the local countryside. A perfect place for the adults to enjoy some sunsets drinks.
