On the first floor, there is a bright open-plan dining and living room. The dining room offers comfortable dining for 6 people. Patio doors lead to the barbecue terrace and with outdoor dining for 6 people you can guarantee the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living to experience the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The pool area at the back is relaxing with a small garden around the pool and magnificent views of the adjacent forest. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances.

A utility room outside the house houses the washer, dryer and laundry.
