The spacious main living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fireplace in winter. In the summer this space is perfect for a nap with a view of the surrounding hills. From the main living area, you will have access to the pool and the terrace for outdoor dining in both summer and winter. To enjoy the villa at any time, you will have a barbecue, outdoor tables and lounge sofas. Moreover, Villa Amelie is fully air-conditioned and heated by a heat pump system. For music lovers, the villa is equipped with an indoor/outdoor Bluetooth audio system. Each room allows for privacy and has access to the terrace and panoramic views.

First Floor
The main entrance of Villa Amelie is on this floor. To the left is a first double bedroom with access to the terrace that borders the entire floor. To the right of the staircase is a hallway leading to the other 2 bedrooms on this floor, furthermore there is a sitting room with smart TV and double sofa bed. Each room has direct access to the terrace, air conditioning and heating. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with bathtub and 2 individual sinks. In front of the rooms, an independent shower and a separate toilet.
Ground floor
Going down the stairs you will find the beautiful open plan kitchen and sitting room. This overlooks the pool area and the amazing surrounding mountains. For the winter months, there is an open fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a direct access to the terrace and the pool. On the right is the master bedroom with a full bathroom.

From the second floor, the central staircase leads to the roof terrace by opening a veranda-like sliding roof.
