Firstly, This villa scores high in originality. The African artwork and decoration are visible throughout the villa from Moroccan lanterns, tribal artwork and ethnically designed spaces. Secondly, there are many enclaves for both socializing and retreating allowing families and groups to spend time together and alone.

The villa comprises 1 Master Ensuite. It has an open-plan bathroom (separate WC), 2 spacious double bedrooms, a triple/quadruple room for a potential total of 10 people.

Ground Floor

The fully-equipped kitchen is downstairs on the ground floor, as expected, with high-end appliances and all mod cons. There is a comfortable eat-in dining bar for 4 people for snacks and breakfasts overlooking the pool area.

The dining table, which seats 10 people, is also on the ground floor. There is easy access to the kitchen. A mezzanine level further down takes you to the Salon with large double doors onto the pool terraces.

Additionally, the Salon with a plasma TV has easy access to outdoor living areas. Here you will find a pool, BBQ, alfresco dining, outdoor salon ensuring a relaxed and easy Mediterranean indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The decoration and eclectic mix of decorative pieces from different cultural backgrounds and times will enamour guests.

First Floor

There are three floors to this villa. The entrance to the villa is on the middle floor, where a spacious hallway gives onto 2 double bedrooms and the triple/quadruple bedroom. Also, on this floor is one spacious bathroom with a shower.

Second Floor

The top floor is home to the Master Suite (200×200 cm), with a large walk-in wardrobe and open-plan bathroom. What’s more, the Master Suite has access to a large private terrace that overlooks Sitges Hills and provides lovely sea views.
