Villa Leila is a stunning 300m2 modern Ibiza style villa with private pool. It is the perfect place to disconnect, get away and relax!! This is one of our most demanded villas! The upper and lower sleeping areas are separated by the communal zones. A spacious open-plan living room and a large fully equipped modern kitchen area on the middle floor. Layout Villa Leila
First Floor
The layout of this villa is in itself unique, allowing guests to enter on the first floor. The entrance to Villa Leila sets the scene for what lies inside. A stunning wooden door opens into a large spacious hall complete with floor-to-ceiling French doors that guide you into the main living area.
As part of this open plan main floor there is large salon with great views as well as 2 large L-shaped sofas, perfect for relaxing, socialising and unwinding. Furthermore, the dining table seats up to 10 people and there is a breakfast bar with seating for 4.
The living room has fully functional chimney and flat-screen TV. It also has a ceiling fan and airconditioning.
The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen with fantastic island. It comes with a dishwasher, double sink, Vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, built-in oven, microwave, fridge plus freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and all kitchen essentials- everything! This is perfect for socialising.
The open plan dining/living and kitchen areas have terraces overlooking the pool area. This is very important when travelling with kids who love to spend the day in the pool.
A utility room is home to all of the conveniences you will need for a longer stay, including a washing machine and extra fridge for drinks. There is also a WC located on this floor.
Ground Floor
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor; two double bedrooms and one twin. Both double bedrooms access the terrace and pool, and one also benefits from being en-suite, complete with bath and shower.
The second double and twin rooms share a separate bathroom with shower. The bedrooms on the ground floor are cooler than the top floor and come with ceiling fans. The two doubles also have airconditioning.
Furthermore, there is a large open plan space which accesses the pool and terrace. This space can double-up as a sixth bedroom as it can comfortably accomodate another two guests.
Top Floor
The top floor enjoys a further two bedrooms where the master room is en-suite and comes complete with a walk-in wardrobe. Moreover, the ensuite itself is a selling point of Villa Leila as it contains a 2-person soaked bathtub and separate shower.
The second room on the top floor is an elegant twin room with terrace access. Both rooms benefit from air-conditioning. Additionally, there are two roof terraces on the top floor.
The larger of the two boasts an enormous 70m2 and comes fitted with chillout furniture. It is the perfect spot for enjoying a sundown drink and spectacular early morning sunrise. The second roof terrace is like a little hideaway. Why not take a look?
Outside
There is a beautiful and large decked pool with outdoor dining area, play area and a gas BBQ. Moreover, the views from this area of Garraf Natural Parc and the Olivella hills are stunning!
Additionally, there is a ping pong table and chill-out hammocks on the terrace plus an alcove seating area hidden under the stairs. The alfresco dining area seats 10 people.
The front of house garden also has a terraced area which overlooks the kids play area. It is perfect for those wishing to get away from the sometimes busy pool environment. There is no shortage of terraces and getaways in this villa, with the first and top floor having even more.
