Villa Lola is a blissfully majestic seafront villa with spacious interiors, 2 enormous flat lawns and large private swimming pool a few steps from the beach and Mediterranean Sea – perfect for entertaining, relaxing and chilling! This seafront villa has 6 bedrooms and caters for 12-14+ guests. Offering space and luxury in a privileged location – on the promenade of Sitges. It is walking distance to everything that Sitges can offer: beaches, restaurants, shopping and museums. Such a wonderful location that there is no need for a car.

There is a very definite sense of space, light, grandiosity with hints of a bygone generation about this villa. Previously owned by a famous Catalan family no other villa in Sitges offers the same experience.

Layout Villa Lola

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom which traditionally may have been for service staff. It has since been refurbished to a high spec double bedroom. (only bedroom without a/c – fan available)

There is a utility room by the front door, it has a large fridge and a safe box. Next to it is a bathroom with shower.

As you would expect, there is a fully equipped kitchen – with everything you would need to cater for your group. There is an open-plan living/dining area situated on this floor. The dining table seats 8 and has direct access to the chill out and pool area to the front lawn.

First Floor

The first floor has a seafront facing Suite with its own dressing room – with spectacular sea views.  Furthermore, 2 doubles bedrooms, one with sea views, and the other with garden views may also be found here. They both share a family bathroom.

Second Floor

The Master Suite of Villa Lola occupies the full top floor and is impressively large. There is a doble, two singles and a sofa bed.  It comes equipped with an ensuite bathroom, private TV salon and access to a terrace. This is overlooking the garden & pool area. It also has spectacular views onto the beach, promenade and out to sea, akin to a studio within the villa.

Outside

Villa Lola boasts a large BBQ area and al fresco dining for 12-14. It is situated on the shaded back terrace facing the tree lined back lawn. A perfect place to entertain or celebrate something special. Imagine your private chef getting the BBQ ready while you sip sundowner cocktails by the pool just steps from the sea….

There is also an outside toilet and pool side shower. Garage with laundry room and many exterior sofas.  A much sought after element in Sitges is a villa with a flat garden. Villa Lola does not disappoint! It has two huge beautiful mature manicured gardens both to the front and the back of the villa. This makes it ideal for kids who can run and play either around the pool or to the pool free back garden. Happy children, happy families. If you do want to head out and explore however, Sitges has loads to offer families.
