Here we have yet another wonderful villa dating from the 11th century just 15 minutes from Sitges by car. Sleeping up to 40 people and complete with a separate house with 5 bedrooms, this really is a fantastic find for the couple who wish to host an intimate wedding and stay on-site with their friends and family. Watching the sunset from the infinity pool with a glass of cava in hand should not be missed! If like me, you may want to host your own wedding celebration, this venue is perfect. It has 3 kitchens (plenty of space to co-cater), several sitting rooms (I’m imagining themed cocktail rooms here guys!), three T.V. rooms (just in case), and a beautiful built-in barbecue on a large terrace (enough said).
Can Marcer – Winter Wedding Favourite
This Catalan Masia is perfectly located in the Garraf Natural Park with views down to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and sits surrounded by grounds that stretch an enormous 2000 square meters. Built in 1605 but renovated to perfection, this villa is my winter favourite for a wedding in Spain due to its having a private heated pool, indoor games room (complete with table tennis and pool table) and choice of three main spaces to use for different parts of the celebration: The Pavilion Lawn (artificial grass, stunning wrought iron pagoda to wed under and space for 30 seated guests); Terrace Area (ideal for the ceremony or meal with fantastic views); The Swimming Pool Area (a wonderful space for hosting welcome drinks before the ceremony, complete with bar)! For an intimate wedding and stay, this villa is perfect year-round!
