Villa Kasbah is located in the hills 12 minutes from Sitges. The house is 700M2 and sits on a plot of 3,000M2

This luxurious 6-bedroom villa with 5* facilities is the perfect place for a family getaway or a group vacation.

The villa has 6 air-conditioned spacious double bedrooms. This is perfect for 14 guests, however, it can accommodate up to 17 people. For additional guests (children), there is a Sofa bed and an extra bed in one of the twin bedrooms.

Villa Kasbah – Layout

The main entrance with large stately wooden doors leads into a marble-floored, wood-paneled hallway.

To the right, there’s a hallway to 2 double ensuite bedrooms. There is a very comfortable sofa bed that allows 4 to sleep comfortably. You can access the ground floor shower room from this hallway.

To the left of the hall is the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. There is a large dining area (table for 12) and a sitting room with fabulous views, a fire stove, and a 55″ TV.

A stairway from the living area takes you down to the Recreational Sitting room. The wood paneling adds layers of warmth to this fabulous space. A place to hide out on a cold winter weekend in front of the fireplace or take shelter from the hot Summer sun.

Upstairs are 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite.

From the kitchen, you have direct access to the outdoor dining table and chillout space. There is a very large wood BBQ and a gas BBQ.

The swimming pool (12M × 4M) has a moveable cover frame. And the pool can be heated in Winter upon request.

Adjacent to the pool in the large garden are a hot tub and a sauna overlooking the views toward Montserrat.

Guests will enjoy the numerous sunbeds and various seating areas.
