The garden is the heart of this house: a generous, flat lawn framed by mature palms, olive trees and birds of paradise, with a long mosaic-tiled saltwater pool (12m x 3.5m) that catches the sun all day. A beautiful extra-large Royal Botania sofa overlooks the pool and garden, and a wide composite-wood sun deck runs the length of the pool and is the perfect place to spend hours reading, socialising with the water cascading in the background. 

Running along the back of the house, a pergola draped in wisteria creates natural shade, and you will find an alfresco dining table for ten people, and a Weber gas barbecue set into its own cooking station. This is the kind of space that allows lunch to drift comfortably into the evening.

Ground floor

The entrance opens into a bright living and dining room to the right, with a guest toilet to the left. The living room has a Smart TV and a bookcase filled with an eclectic mix of reading.

The Italian-designed kitchen sits on the same floor, fitted with high-end appliances including a large American-style fridge-freezer, and fully equipped to allow comfortable cooking for a large group.

The newly renovated master bedroom is also on this floor, opening directly onto the terrace and garden. It has a double bed (160cm), a spectacular walk-in dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a free-standing bath and double sinks.

First floor

There are 4 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has its own private terrace and a 190 x 150 cm double bed; the second a 150 cm double; the third a 160 cm double; and the fourth a twin. Two of the doubles share access to a terrace with a table and chairs — ideal for early morning coffee.

Two full bathrooms serve this floor, one with a single sink and the second with twin vessel basins on warm timber vanities, walk-in rainfall showers behind glass, and softly lit porthole windows.

Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and blackout blinds.
