Utopia Villas presents Villa Anne, a wonderful villa located in the exclusive area of Terramar. It has 5 bedrooms and a heated pool located just 3 minutes walking from the beach. The town centre, with its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance via the beautiful promenade next to the sea. The villa has a large flat garden and a private pool, perfect for children. There is a shaded terrace with new Royal Botania sofas which are perfect in the summer . There is an alfresco dining table for 10 and a Weber gas barbecue for cooking surrounded by friends or family.
Layout Villa Anne
Ground Floor
The entrance of Villa Anne opens into a beautiful living and dining room to the right and a guest toilet to the left. In the living room there is a Smart TV with Netflix , Amazon and other apps . There is also a bookcase packed with an eclectic mix of books for those who prefer reading.
On the same floor you will find the brand-new Italian-designed kitchen with high-end domestic appliances and a large American fridge & freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and has everything you need to cook for a large group.
The newly renovated Master Bedroom of Villa Anne is located on the ground floor with access to the terrace and garden. It has a double bed and 1 beautiful ensuite bathroom with free-standing bath and also boasts a spectacular walk-in dressing room.
To complete the house facilities, there is also a rest room in this floor.
First Floor
You will find the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor. One with it’s own private terrace and a double bed is 190 cm x 150 cm, the second with a 160 cm double bed, the third with a double bed and the fourth is a twin bedroom. There are two complete bathrooms in this floor with free-standing showers. Two of the double bedrooms have access to a terrace with table and chairs for the early morning coffee. All the bedrooms have fans, air conditioning and black out blinds.
A safe is also available in Villa Anne.
Outside
Villa Anne has an outdoor terrace next to the pool with comfortable sofas for relaxing with friends and family. It is a very pleasant area with shade in the summer. There is also an outdoor dining table and a table tennis table.
