The town centre, with its shops and restaurants, is within walking distance via the beautiful promenade next to the sea. The villa has a large flat garden and a private pool, perfect for children. There is a shaded terrace with new Royal Botania sofas which are perfect in the summer . There is an alfresco dining table for 10 and a Weber gas barbecue for cooking surrounded by friends or family.

Ground Floor

The entrance opens into a beautiful living and dining room to the right and a guest toilet to the left. In the living room there is a Smart TV and a DVD player with a selection of movies. There is also a bookcase packed with an eclectic mix of books for those who prefer reading. Movistar and Movistar sport are available. 

On the same floor you will find the brand-new Italian-designed kitchen with high-end domestic appliances and a large American fridge & freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and has everything you need to cook for a large group.

The newly renovated Master Bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor with access to the terrace and garden. It has a double bed and 1 beautiful ensuite bathroom with free-standing bath and also boasts a spectacular walk-in dressing room.

To complete the house facilities, there is also a rest room in this floor.

A safe is also available.

First Floor

You will find the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor. One with it’s own private terrace and a double bed is 190 cm x 150 cm, the second with a 160 cm double bed, the third with a double bed and the fourth is a twin bedroom. There are two complete bathrooms in this floor with free-standing showers. Two of the double bedrooms have access to a terrace with table and chairs for the early morning coffee. All the bedrooms have fans, air conditioning and black out blinds.

Outside

Villa Anne has an outdoor terrace next to the pool with comfortable sofas for relaxing with friends and family. It is a very pleasant area with shade in the summer. There is also an outdoor dining table and a table tennis table.
