Villa Tulum is a stunning hacienda-style beach villa with a high-end minimalist design and easy distribution which makes this villa perfect for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday together in the exclusive area of Terramar, just a stone’s throw from the seafront in Sitges. 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people in 4 ensuites and 2 twin bedrooms.
Villa Tulum has a large flat enclosed garden with several mature palm trees and a 20m swimming pool allowing guests to improve their swim stroke as opposed to just taking a dip. Also facing the garden is alfresco dining allowing diners full enjoyment of the garden and pool simultaneously, especially great for families with kids.
With natural wood floors and wooden beams throughout; these and the use of other raw materials allow old to meet new creating an atmosphere that is sleek yet minimalistic in style.
Villa Tulum – Layout
The open-plan L-shaped living room, dining room, and kitchen are bright & spacious wrapping around from the front to the back of the villa. The interior dining room table seats 8 people and is dressed beautifully with an elegant chandelier. The living and dining rooms offer a full view of the garden and swimming pool again important for those with small kids using the pool. The kitchen as you would expect is fully equipped with high-end appliances & utensils pleasing both chef and diners alike.
The interior of the villa is modern & bright and distributed across 2 floors. There are 6 bedrooms in the villa which sleeps 12 people and a sofa bed allows for up to 14. In total there are 4 ensuites, 2 twin bedrooms.
Two of the suites are on the ground floor, one with its own separate entrance and the other with a salon/TV room facing the garden. These 2 suites have the option to communicate if preferred.
The Master Ensuite is located on the First Floor. The Suite is bright & spacious and has access to a large roofed terrace, the full width of the house which offers shade during the day and a cool outdoor living area by evening; perfect for an after-dinner drink overlooking the pool and garden.
Also on the first floor, there are 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Re: Heated Pool : From the end of October through March the environmental temperatures are too low to guarantee the water temperature. The temperature of the water cannot be guaranteed when the environmental temperatures are less than 15 degrees at night.
